We frequently have requests for breastplate clips, to attach the breast plate to the front D-rings of the saddle. This is a pair of clips only, without leather work. They are high quality, made in England and are British saddlery standard. The clips fit 1/2″ leather, which is the standard size for the breastplate straps that attach to the saddle. Buckle the straps to the clips, then clip the breastplate onto the D rings of your saddle. You have the option of silver-coloured nickel-plated clips or gold-coloured solid brass as well as square or round swivel-eye. Please note that you will be adding some length to your breastplate straps by adding these, and you may need to take this into consideration when purchasing.
